Terms and Conditions

Setpoint microsite launch competition conditions of entry:

 

  • Eligibility: Entry is only open to BK Vibro, Channel Partners and Factory-Direct employees.
  • Entries Permitted: limit one (1) entry & prize permitted per employee. By completing the entry method, the entrant will receive one (1) entry
  • Global Prize: there are 6 Amazon Echo’s for the 4 regions of the world:
  1. Americas (1)
  2. Asia (1)
  3. Europe/Africa (3)
  4. Middle East/India/China (1)
  • Judging: One person from each region will be selected at random (provided they have correctly answered the 2 questions). 
  • Valid and eligible entries will be accepted during the ‘Promotional Period’.
  • No part of the prize is exchangeable, redeemable for cash or any other prize or transferable
  • Winner Notification: The winners will be contacted via email via marketing@bkvibro.com sometime after Wednesday 18th April 2018.
  • The value of the prizes is accurate and based upon the recommended retail value of the prizes (inclusive of tax) at the date of printing.
  • The Marketing team reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Conditions of Entry. In the event that there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion, the decision of the marketing team is final and binding on each entrant and no correspondence will be entered into.
